MEET OUR PASTOR

Dr. Arbra L. Bailey is a pastor, preacher, strategist, ministry innovator, leadership coach, and consultant who values God, people, creation, and the Church. As a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel, he demonstrates over 25 years of dedication and commitment to faithful Christian witness across churches, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. He holds both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Truett Theological Seminary. In his role as Director of Truett in Houston, he led campus expansion initiatives that increased enrollment and strengthened community engagement.

Dr. Bailey has held senior leadership positions in both ministry and nonprofit organizations, including Director of Ministries at The Church Without Walls (Houston), National Director of American Relations at Compassion International (Colorado Springs, CO), and, most recently, Director of Operations at The Luke Church in Humble, Texas. He also saved as the Minister of Christian Education at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Waco, Texas while pursuing his Master of Divinity from Truett Theological Seminary. Dr. Bailey’s ministry is defined by a commitment to Christ-centered preaching, organizational stewardship, racial justice, and the development of leaders for sustainable impact within the local church and broader community.

Dr. Bailey is Senior Pastor of The Foundation Church in the growing Tri-City areas of Katy, Fulshear, and Brookshire, Texas. He remains committed to cultivating spiritually grounded, mission-driven communities that integrate faith, justice, and transformative leadership.

Dr. Bailey and his wife, Helena, have three children and two grandchildren. Their family frequently gathers for movie nights on weekends, fostering friendly competition and shared laughter. This tradition reflects Dr. Bailey's dedication to nurturing strong family relationships.
