Whether you’re new to faith or simply looking for a welcoming community, you belong here. We invite you to join us for our inaugural Easter worship service, Sunday, April 5 at 10 AM. Let's gather to grow in faith, build meaningful connections, and experience God together. Take some time to explore our beliefs, learn about upcoming events, and see how you can get involved. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our team—we’d love to connect with you.
We’re excited to walk alongside you on your faith journey.
WELCOME HOME!
MISSION
Our mission is to embody the Great Commandment by growing disciples while growing as disciples.
VISION
Our vision is planting seeds of hope, harvesting a foundation of sustainable transformation in Jesus’ name.
PURPOSE
The Foundation Church is a Christ-centered ministry committed to transforming lives through discipleship, stewardship, and community engagement.
‘Built on the Rock’ – Matthew 7:24–25
Transformation begins when obedience meets faith.
Dr. Arbra L. Bailey is a pastor, preacher, strategist, ministry innovator, leadership coach, and consultant who values God, people, creation, and the Church. As a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel, he demonstrates over 25 years of dedication and commitment to faithful Christian witness across churches, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. He holds both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Truett Theological Seminary. In his role as Director of Truett in Houston, he led campus expansion initiatives that increased enrollment and strengthened community engagement.

We believe that Scripture is the inspired word of God. Although Scripture is above tradition, it is not independent of tradition and requires viewing through the lens of Christ. Scripture is infallible (i.e., completely accurate and trustworthy in all matters of faith and practice).
We believe there is but one only, living, and true God. We believe that God is both great (transcendent) and good (immanent). We believe in the unity of the Godhead, three Persons of one substance, power, and eternity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in Jesus Christ as God incarnate. We believe that Christ is of two distinct but never separate natures, completely human and completely divine. We believe that Jesus Christ (the only begotten Son of God) was born of the virgin Mary, crucified for humanity’s sins, buried in a borrowed tomb, and arose on the third day with all power in his hands, and ascended into heaven after appearing to witnesses. We believe that he now sits at the right hand of God interceding on our behalf. We believe that Jesus Christ will return at the eschaton to rule and reign over creation.
We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Holy Trinity proceeding from the Father and the Son. We believe the Holy Spirit brings back to remembrance the Word of God, counsels the believer in all truth of God, intercedes on the believer’s behalf, and empowers the believer to live a life pleasing to God opposed to the sinful nature.
We believe in Christ’s atonement as providing salvation for humanity through his life, death, and resurrection. We believe atonement is both objective (i.e., what God has done for us) and subjective (i.e., our role in salvation through prevenient grace).
We believe the church is both visible and invisible consisting of a community of disciples called out by God that acknowledge Jesus is Lord. We believe in the marks of the church: one, holy, universal (catholic), and apostolic. We believe Jesus is the only head of the church.
The Foundation Church is excited to invite you to worship with us on Easter Sunday, April 5 at 10 AM. After a week of work, errands and chores. It’s time to praise the Lord. Offer your sacrifice and praise for a week of blessing.
Let us know you are coming and who’s coming with you. We want you to feel welcome and feel free to bring your questions. LET US KNOW YOU ARE COMING SO WE CAN PREPARE FOR YOU. Fill out the form and when you arrive look for a smiling and welcoming greeter.
